SeaPort NxG is the Navy’s multiple award vehicle for engineering, technical, and programmatic support services. As a prime contract holder, Hatalom supports Navy and Marine Corps commands across the lifecycle of ships, submarines, aircraft, weapons, and C4ISR systems, with services spanning systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and training. 

NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC) available to all federal agencies. Under Category A, Hatalom delivers information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) product-based solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions, along with installation, integration, testing, training, and maintenance. GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a governmentwide IDIQ for complex, integrated services. Hatalom holds a prime position on the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside contract in the Logistics domain, which covers the planning, design, implementation, and operation of systems or facilities that move supplies, equipment, or personnel by road, air, water, rail, or pipeline. Agencies can use this contract to meet SDVOSB goals while accessing integrated logistics solutions.

Hatalom also holds a prime position on the OASIS+ Small Business (SB) contract in the Logistics domain, giving agencies a second path to Hatalom’s logistics capabilities through a small business set-aside. The domain covers complete logistics solutions that combine multiple services, from planning and design through implementation and operation.

SHIELD is a 10-year multiple award IDIQ supporting the nation’s layered homeland defense architecture against ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missile threats across all domains. As a prime contract holder, Hatalom supports MDA with research and development, prototyping, systems engineering, test and evaluation, and cybersecurity that strengthen decision-making, situational awareness, and operational readiness.

The FMT Product Line IDIQ MAC gives the U.S. Army a flexible way to acquire and modernize maintenance training systems that improve Soldier readiness while lowering lifecycle costs. As a prime contract holder, Hatalom supports the full lifecycle of Diagnostic Troubleshooting Trainers (DTTs), Part Task Trainers (PTTs), and Hands-on Trainers (HOTs), from engineering, hardware and software development, and production through installation, technology refresh, concurrency upgrades, sustainment, and instructional support. The contract also supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements.
